On October 27, 2021, a meeting of the section on theoretical, general methodological, procedural and organizational issues of forensic examination of the Scientific Advisory and Methodological Council on Forensic Science at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine took place. The meeting was held by videoconference.
From the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, members of the section were present at the meeting:
- Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
- Nataliia Nestor, Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
- Tetiana Holikova, Head of the Organization of Expert Activity Laboratory of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Head of the Section).
In accordance with the agenda, the participants of the section considered the explanatory and recording of the ki, technical and tasks and calendar and plans for developments, the implementation of which is planned from 2023; and information on the progress of the research on the thematic plan of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for 2022; problems and issues of organization of forensic expert, research and methodological activities; amendments and additions to the regulations governing forensic expert activity, as well as the discussion on the approval of the section work plan for 2023.
