On October 20, 2022, in accordance with the work plan of the Scientific Advisory and Methodological Council on Forensic Science at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, a meeting of the section on forensic commodity examination was held via videoconference.
From the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the following participants took part in the work of the section:
• Nataliia Nestor, Deputy Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise;
• Olena Pavlenko, Head of the Department of Commodity Research and Research of Intellectual Property Objects, Deputy Head of the Section;
• Victoriia Sorokina, Leading Forensic Expert of the Department of Commodity Research and Intellectual Property Research;
• Nataliia Adamchuk, Chief Forensic Expert of the Vinnytsia Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise.
During the meeting of the section, the results of the implementation of the research project for 2022, the draft work plan of the section on forensic commodity expertise of the Scientific Advisory and Methodological Council on Forensic Expertise under the Ministries of Justice of Ukraine for 2023, the issues of improving methods and other topical issues of conducting forensic commodity examination were discussed.
