On November 23, 2022, took place with a meeting of the forensic handwriting examination section of the Scientific Advisory and Methodological Council on Forensic Science at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in videoconference mode.
From the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the following participated in the work of the section:
- Nataliia Nestor, Deputy Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise;
- Iryna Bilous, Head of the Handwriting Research Department.
- Ihor Krasiuk, Deputy Head of the Handwriting Research Department;
- Yana Sukhomlyn, Forensic Expert of the Handwriting Research Department.
During the meeting of the section, the technical tasks for the topics of the research, which are planned to be included in the thematic plan of the research of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for 2023, were discussed; there was a discussion of the state of implementation of the National Development Plan for 2022 and the results of the review of the conclusions of forensic handwriting examinations. Also, the participants of the section reviewed the results of the approval and implementation of the research in accordance with the approval and implementation plans of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for 2022. In addition, at the meeting of the section, the issue of reviewing the training programs for forensic experts was raised in accordance with the letter sent by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated September 20, 2022. At the end of the work, the participants of the section discussed the planning of the work of the section for 2023.
