On November 18, 2022, according to the plan of the Scientific Advisory and Methodological Council on Forensic Science at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, a meeting of the computer-technical and telecommunication examination section was held in videoconference mode.
The section from the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine was attended by:
- Yevhen Tymko, Head of the Phonoscopic and Computer Research Department, Head of the Section;
- Heorhii Mashkov, Senior Forensic Expert of the Phonoscopic and Computer Research Department, Section Secretary;
- Dmytro Samarin, Senior Forensic Expert of the Phonoscopic and Computer Research Department.
At the meeting of the section, there was a discussion of the issues on the agenda, namely: a review of the state of implementation of scientific research works, which are carried out according to the thematic plan of the research of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for 2022; discussion of the results of the research approval in accordance with the plan for the approval of the results of scientific research works of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for 2022, consideration and discussion of current problems of forensic computer-technical and telecommunications expertise, development and discussion of the draft work plan of the section of forensic computer-technical and telecommunication examination for 2023.
