On June 22, 2020, specialists from the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, headed by Director Oleksandr Ruvin, held a joint working meeting with representatives of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
The participants discussed communication issues, identified contact persons and forms of interaction.
The list of necessary documents for determining each type of valuation of intellectual property and real estate, as well as a list of necessary data for determining the amount of payment for the use of such objects, is considered in detail. It was about residential/non-residential premises, land plots, transport, antiques, works of art, etc.
In addition, the possibility of determining the value of the share of the property, the timing of various types of assessments and other issues were discussed as well.
