The main tasks of construction and technical expertise are:

- to determine whether the developed project design and estimate documentation meet the requirements of regulations in the construction industry;

- to determine the compliance of construction works and built realty (buildings, structures, etc.) with PDD and the requirements of regulations in the construction industry;

- to determine the compliance of construction works, the individual elements of real estate, products and materials with PDD and the requirements of regulations in the construction industry;

- to determine and verify volume and value of performed construction works and composed primary accounting documentation on construction and their compliance with design and estimate documentation and the requirements of regulations in the construction industry;

- to define capitality, complexity, fire resistance degree of buildings and readiness degree of unfinished construction projects;

- to determine the technical state of buildings, facilities and utilities, causes of damage and destruction of objects and their components;

- to determine the value of construction works related to re-equipment, elimination of consequences after pouring, fire, natural disaster, mechanical impact, etc;

- to determine the possibilities and develop options of real estate distribution (allocation of shares, the order of use).

The main objectives of this type of expertise are:

- to define different kinds of value of land improvements (buildings and their parts, facilities, transmitters, etc.);

- to determine whether the estimation of real property (land improvements) meets the requirements of regulations on assessment, methodology, methods, evaluation

procedures.
